沈健,北京理工大学助理教授、副研究员,研究方向为心理生理计算和多模态建模。其创新性地提出了一系列智能计算方法,推动了“系统释义型”情感障碍诊疗新范式的发展,通过建立心理状态与生理、行为数据之间的关联关系,探索心理状态和生理、行为反应随时间变化的动态演化模式与异步关联机制,进而有效地发掘刻画心理状态与生理、行为反应间最理想的一对一映射关系的多模态指标体系,为抑郁障碍的有效识别和大规模早期筛查提供重要理论和方法储备,有效解决了抑郁客观量化指标体系稀缺、识别精确度、可解释性差等问题。围绕这些研究成果,沈健累计发表论文40余篇(包括IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing,IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics,IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems,IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering,Information Fusion等国际知名期刊)。担任ICIC2024程序委员会委员、BMC Psychiatry、Scientific Reports编委,担任多个期刊评审,国家自然科学基金、北京市科学基金通讯评审专家。作为项目负责人,获批国家重大专项、国自然面上项目、博士后特别资助等9项课题。

心理生理指标可解释建模方法:针对抑郁障碍临床客观诊疗缺乏脑电可解释量化评估指标与模型的问题,提出基于脑电信号的本征特征优化方法和可解释建模方法,用于建模抑郁障碍发病的大脑神经机制

多模态指标协同关联建模方法:针对当前抑郁障识别中多模态客观量化指标缺乏、模态间协同关联关系模糊不清的问题,从多模态表征出发,探索面向多模态心理生理指标体系构建及其协同关联特性建模方法

多模态指标反馈大模型干预方法:针对现有的抑郁障碍干预手段存在疗效不一、个体差异大、适用性有限等问题,深入探索大语言模型CBT调控与抑郁障碍的量效关系,构建融合多模态数据建模技术和大模型闭环负反馈干预的抑郁诊疗新范式
